    I had this terrible experience with serge's cafe Smiggin holes today. After ordering $50 worth of food I went back to the counter wanting to find out where I can find tomato sauce for hot chips I ordered for my kids. While I was quietly waiting the guy at the counter suddenly screamed out rudely to me" go away, we don't have hot water!!!!" I was totally in shock then realised as I was holding a coffee in my hand, the guy assumed I was asking for hot water like lots of Asian tourists would ask?I don't think there is anything wrong with asking for hot water even I do ask for it?! But in this situation I was extremely upset to be screamed at without even saying anything?!So I explained to the guy that I only tried to ask where to find tomato sauce. The guy then answered rudly "well I made a judgement call then!!". There was no intention of any apology I was really upset therefore I raised my voice asking him to apologise! The guy looked angry and impatient but what's worse was that as the same time he handed me the tomato sauce he threw my $4 change ( 2 coins)on the ground!!! On purpose!! In front of hundred people!!'
    I picked up my money and walked away. Feeling humiliated and angry！
    I am still in total shock as our tourists guide says we Chinese bring so many tourists each year to Smiggin and this is how we get treated?!? Most of Chinese of my parents generation can't speak English they would have just walked away in this situation .I wonder if that's the reason they think they can be rude to us however they like but if we do complain they would just throw the money on the ground and ask us to go away?!!!

    One of the best burgers I have had in a long time, wasn't expecting much, but my word was it worth it. And what an affordable price, better then the new burger place "Burger Biz"
